“The Greenway project required an electrical contractor to approach the project with consideration and flexibility to ensure that we could achieve the installation whilst respecting the existing fabric of the building, and Black Pear proved to be the right choice.

We instructed Black Pear to assist sourcing the right products that complimented the design schemes, that were not only on budget and aesthetic but achieved the brief.

The site team were friendly and accommodating, worked well with the Contracting team and alongside the Hotel daily operations which added to the success of the project.”
